Remove Colour Palete

Our Corporate Communication department want to remove the standard Colour
palete in PP2003 and replace it with a custom set of "company" colours.
Preferably they want it removed from PP but if not possible they want to
remove them from the templates we uses. I.e. it will not be possible to
select "More colours..." in the menu. Is this possible?

You can remove the palettes within the templates but cannot disable the
"More Colors..." option.
