Remove Folders in Outlook XP

A program of a now defunct company added a folder to the
Outlook folders to store mail not on a white list.

How can I delete this folder?

Is this a folder on the same level as the Inbox, Calendar, etc? Then you
should be able to delete it normally.

When is it a separate tree just like Outlook Today rightclick it and choose
Close.

When it is an extra Exchange mailbox goto your accountproperties and choose
the Advanced tab to remove the box.
