remove style=border-collapse: collapse setting permanently?

How do I turn this off from being Automatically set??

This is driving me nuts. Its adding WAY too much code - yes, I work a lot in html, but I like FP because for the most part its quick to work both ways.

But please - can anyone tell me how to turn this off from a default setting?
