removing business fax from contact

When I want to select an e-mail from my Contacts list, I also see that the
person's busineess fax can be selected as well. I would like to eliminate
the business fax from the e-mail list. How do I do this? Any help is
appreciated.

You can't. Best workaround is to move the fax number to some other phone
field that is little used: like TELEX or ISDN.
