Removing fax recipients when selecting names to send an email

When sending an email, I click the TO button and a 'select names' menu
appears, I click the drop down menu to select 'Show names from the:', I
shoose a folder, and i get a list of names, however the list shows fax and
email, but i just want to see emails!

Add an alphabetic character to the fax numbers to hide them from the address
book.
