Removing gridlines

When working in Print Page Layout, my documents now have a grey grid behind them. How do I remove this grid?

You should have a Drawing Toolbar at the bottom of your screen, if not,
right-click a toolbar and click on the Drawing Toolbar. Click the word
"Draw", then click on "Grid...". Uncheck the "Display Grids on screen"
option.
