Removing the signature of another person from message

An image was used to setup several computers with one
user, now occasionally when creating an email that other
user's name shows in the body of the message instead of
the person that is composing the message. How can I get
that to stop? I already went into word and made sure that
the correct user was listed there.

What version of Outlook?

Is this where it inserts clients name after comments?

TOOLS | OPTIONS | PREFERENCES tab
Click the E-MAIL OPTIONS... button
Near the bottom "Mark my comments with"

I used to have the setting for installs to fix this but
I can't seem to find it...
