signature doesn't change when I change to different email account

Windows XP
Outlook 2003 SP3
Compose in message format: HTML

I have 2 signatures created. I have designated one signature for one email
account (for both new messages and replies/forwards) and the other signature
for the another email account.

When I create new message, the first signature displays correctly for the
default email account. But when I change email accounts to the other one,
the signature does not change.

I have tried everything to get this to work. It used to work. Not totally
sure but think that when it quit working was when I changed from Windows 2000
to XP.

Thanks for any help.

This only works when you have Word set as your e-mail editor and a default
signature assigned to all your accounts.
