Rename a folder

I see the option to rename a folder, but it is just a shadow and I cannot
find out how to allow this option. Is there a trick somewhere?

rename what folder? you cannot rename the default Outlook
folders...although I have had issues where someone did, somehow, rename
one...but you are not supposed to be able to, afaik...

You cannot rename any of the "built-in" folders like Inbox, Outbox, Sent
Items, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Journal, Deleted Items, Drafts, or Contacts.
All folders you created yourself should rename with no trouble.

The problem is: The user took their laptop with them on vacation and now,
the default folder titles are in another language (Danish, I believe). How
do I change these back to English?
