Rename Objects

Hi, using PPT 2003, is there any way to rename Objects that when having a
lot of custom ani sequences, I know which one is which without moving all
objects around the screen to get to the right ones?

There is a macro available but does not work

Any help appreciated as it's getting on my nerves..

While the shape property is actually changed, in the custom animation it's
still displayed as Object##

Just to clarify... It's the action that needs to be renamed I guess not the
actual object.

Yes, that is frustrating, isn't it. No way of changing it at this
point in time.
