repair deleted contacts

I have deleted some of my contacts from outlook 2003, how can i repair or
retreive the datas.

I have deleted some of my contacts from outlook 2003, how can i
repair or retreive the datas.

When you delete any Outlook item, it gets moved to your Deleted Items
folder, unless you permanently delete it.
