I am using PP2000 and have 4 pic I want to place on the
master that will display for about 6 to 8 seconds and
repeat until the presentation is finished. Can this be
accomplished with PP2000.

Well, if you place ther 4 pix on the master, they'll show each time you
transition to a new slide. Is that what you're after?

I am layering the pics one over the other so that each
pics is displayed one at a time. PP2000 lets you do this
one time only and I want these pics to run in a continues
loop until the presentation is complete.

Ah, I understand better what you want now.

You might consider creating an animated GIF of the pictures. I'd suggest
an AVI, but that won't play in the background.

You might also consider using Chirag's transparent show addin. It would
let you create a movie maker file (or something like that) to repeat the
images, and you could run that in the background with your PPT show on
top. http://officerone.tripod.com/index.html

I can't think of any other way to make a series of animations loop
without using custom shows, and that's probably not going to help here,
given what you're trying to do.

Maybe someone else will have some ideas.

You emailed and said the pix are small and in the upper part of the
slide. Or something like that. If there's nothing (text, etc.) that
needs to be on top of them, then creating an AVI would be best here.
