Repeating Project Tasks

HI All - I hope this isnt too much of a newbie question. I have been using
project for a long time but am now taking it to a whole new level.

Basically we are doing a roll out to ~150 different entities and locations.
The rollout model is identical at all locations, but will have consecutive
end-to-start relationships between all tasks. I have entered all rollouts as
subprojects so I have 150 seperate files on disk in addition to the Master.
My question is this: When I make a change to the rollout model I currently
have to change 150 subprojects/files. Is there anyway to organize this
project so I can make a single common change to all 150 subprojects?

Sorry, no.

I would have created a template for each roll out and a master project
initially consisting of 150 tasks each with an estimated duration based on
size and complexity of each entity.

As each entity was assigned a project manager I would have the create a
schedule based on the latest copy of the template. As each site finished, I
would update the template with lessons learnt.

You can create a VBA macro to update the projects for you, but each change
would require VBA coding.
