Which bit don't you understand?

The Menu Bar is normally across the top of your Word window just under the
Title bar. In English it begins with a Word logo, followed by File Edit
View ....

Click on Edit and a list of choices will appear. Look down it for Replace...
If it isn't visible, click on the double chevron at the bottom to expamd the
list.

Click on Replace... and you will get a Dialog Window headed Find and
Replace. This dialog has three tabs and the middle one "Replace" will be at
the front. Underneath that are two text boxes - one labeled "Find what", the
other "Replace with".

Enter the phrase you want to find in the "Find what" box
And the phrase you want to replace it with in the "Replace with" box

There are five buttons below the boxes. The middle three allow you to Find
and/or Replace a single instance of your phrase, or to replace all instances
of it with your chosen replaement.
