Replacement of Publisher software

My complete edition of a 3 disk set Publisher 2002 Deluxew
was thrown out in the trash. I now have a problem and need
to reinstall - but alas - no software. Is is possible to
call and have this replaced or am I just out and need to
purchase publisher 2003?

When you call for a replacement CD, you may be
asked to fax a copy of the store receipt to the
Microsoft Replacement and Supplemental Parts
Department.
