Replied messages.

When my co-worker and I get replied emails the apostrophe's that we use in
our emails get changed to question marks. Why is this happening? We work in
real estate and our boss does not like this at all. We don't want to quit
using Outlook but, are pretty sure that if this matter is not resolved
quickly, we won't be able to use Outlook any longer. PLEASE HELP!!!

Because you're not using the correct character encoding, perhaps? What
version of Outlook?
