Replies from Lotus Notes users only appear in autopreview

Using XP and Outlook 2002, when I send a Rich Text
message to a notes users, their reply is only viewable in
unread autopreview. Needless to say, if it is more that
a few lines I cannot see it all. Can anyone help me with
this problem?
