Reply/Forward button locked Outlook XP

Has anyone come across a situation where you open up a
mail item in you inbox and you cannot click on the reply
or forward buttons? I've had this problem with several of
my users. They've found that if they minimize the email
and restore, everything's normal. Any feedback would be
appreciated.

Stange indeed. Try resetting the Toolbar by renaming outcmd.dat to
outcmd.old. You need to have your Outlook closed for this.
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
