Hi,
So I have a user who when replying to a certain user has a different
font/color. Her default reply it 10. areial black as is her forward, reply to
all etc... All other users she reply's to it has the correct format but this
one user (Nancy) the reply becomes helvetica/yellow. I had that Nancy send
me an email to see if the reply format was dictated by the origional message
but my reply was courrier/black (as i have it set in my options. The user
claims she did not change anything but more likely she unknowingly toggled
something which i cannot find that pertained to this one users email replies.
XP
Office 2002
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Matt
