We have Outlook 2002 running on XP machines. When a client
opens some emails, the toolbar which usually has the REPLY
icon and the words 'Reply' or 'Reply All' only shows up
with the ICON and no text beside it. This does not happen
to all emails only some. When he tries to click on the
icon alone to reply it does nothing. He will then go into
another window and return to the outlook window. Then he
clicks on the Reply icon and it works.
Any ideas what could be causing this and how to resolve it?
