A user with Outlook 2003 has an issue with clicking on the Rely button for an
incoming email that takes a bit to load before allowing the user to type a
response. I've checked the Temp folders and monitored the Task Manager for
anything hanging it up but I can't seem to find out what's going on with the
users outlook. No one else seems to be having the problem and I recently
upgraded the users ram from 700mb to 1.7gigs.
