Replying to email

Hi,

I have a really weird problem. I can receive E-mail and I
can send a new message. but each time I reply to an email
the status bar gets to 50% and just sits there. After a
few minutes I get a time out error and it lists a TCP/IP
connection was terminated and produces an SMTP error of
0x800ccc0f.

I have trolled through the Technet pages and acan't seem
to find anything...The Email is setup for Internet Email
(PoP3 and SMTP)

Any help would be appreciated.
