Has anyone expereinced this? I open an email in Outlook 2003 and check to reply. Then as I type I am noticing the characters are appearing capitlized. Even the ! key results when I want 1. I may be low on resources but this shouldn't be the result of that. So I went to notepad and typed in a few characters to see if they were capitalizing in there as well. They were not. This behaves as though the CAPS lock key goes on and off willy-nilly. This is the only application I have noticed this in.
