Report on resources at project level

Trying to create a report that sums resources at the project level.
Resources are currently assigned at the detail level...too much detail to
show for a meeting. How would I report on the resources at the project level?

Hi mperry29,

What do you wish to report? Number of hours of work? Availability? The
amount of work is totaled at the Summary Task level. If you wish to see
total amount of work across the entire project, add the Project Summary
task through Tools > Options, view tab.

A bit more details on exactly what you need to show for the meeting may
help us help you better.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hi mperry29 ,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Have you tried the Resource Usage view? Try zooming in to months (or
whatever period you want) and collapsing the resources so that each is shown
on a single line.

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
