Reporting Period

Hi All,

How can I set the reporting periods? At present the reports are running
from the current date - many of the project costs, and tasks occur
downstream in 6/8 months. I have tried changing the current date on the
project information but it has no impact.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

have you tried File / Print and adjusting the from & to date options here

it works for me ...
i have a (very small) project, some of the work commences on 5 Apr (for 1
week) and the rest of the work commences on 24th Apr for 3 days.

If i run the "Who Does What When" report ... i can show either the 1 week
part by putting 5 Apr to 12 Apr in file / print / date from & to or the 3
day bit by putting 24 Apr to 26 Apr in here.

This is using Project 2000 ..

Which report are you trying to run? What version of project are you using?

Hi Julie,

I will try this again and report back - I must be doing something wrong.
I'm using Project 2000 as well.
