Hi All

I am using both MS Project 2003 and 2007. I am looking for a way t
print a Summary Task report together with all resources working withi
that Summary Task on a printed report.

For example when I roll up all tasks to Summary Level I want to displa
the resources also, even though they are shown at actual task level.

Look forward to any help/guidance/advice that can be given.

TK_Hussat,
I'm not sure there will be a whole lot of value to showing all resources
who are assigned to tasks under the summary other than a gross
accounting of who is involved. However, what you want can be achieved in
two ways. First, you can designate a spare text field at summary line
level and manually enter all resources names. Or, you can write a fairly
simple VBA macro to automate the process.
