I need to print a resource usage report that i can archive without having to
print it. Can this be done on a weekly basis. Can I have some sort of
resource snapshot?

Gary,
I would use Save As each week to capture a snapshot of the file. Save it
with a name that include a date code. Then you can view or print any
type of report you want from any week's data at any time.

Note: If you have a master with inserted projects, I recommend you
convert it to a static master each week before saving. Otherwise you
will end up with a linking nightmare.
