resizing a table

Can anyone help please. This is probably very simple. i am trying to resire a cell (vertically) in a table. I cannot drag the table boundary to make it bigger. I could an hour ago!!!! I must have changed something. i can expand the cell sideways but cannot drag the top and bottom boundariew. Can anyone help?

Hi Pamela,

Make sure you are in Print Layout View.

If you switched to Normal view, which doesn't have the vertical ruler, then you can not modify the row height by dragging.
