how can i resize a clipart during animation?

If you have PowerPoint 2002 or 2003, you can resize clipart through
animation - in older versions, you might have to fake it.

In PowerPoint 2002 or 2003, you can use the zoom animation.

In PPT 2002 or 2003 you can use the "Grow/Shrink" Emphasis animation that
can be triggered by clicking another object or just by clicking the mouse
anywhere.

If you have an older version you can make a duplicate slide of the image and
have a "Zoom" animation that brings in the image to a larger size
