Resizing the delegated calendar screen

Hello!
An associate has been given delegate authority to her
supervisor's calendar. This associate use to be able to
open her supervisor's calendar full screen. Now, the
calendar is always half size when opened. Is there a way
to get it back to full screen? Help!

Maximize button not showing up?

Yes, there is a maximize button, but would like the screen
to show up maximized automatically each time the calendar
is opened.
