Resolution of JPG file.

I'm converting a Publisher file to a JPG file in order to get
commercial prints.

The problem is the resolution of the JPG file is low causing a poor
quality image. Is there any way of adjusting the resolution of the JPG
image when a whole Publisher file is converted to a JPG file?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

No.

You can go down in resolution but not up...well you 'can' go up..but it will look like crapola, because what's not there begin with is 'manufactured' by whatever image editor you use to edit the image.

Aside from the fact that jpg is a lossy format. You should always work with images in a loss-less format .psd, .tiff...etc. until you are happy with what it looks like, then the last thing you do is resize, optimize and save as a jpg...once it's a jpg you shouldn't mess with it or you will keep losing quality.

Stupid question: - Why in Hades's name are you converting to a JPG and not
to something lossless /and/ universal, like PDF? If you do not requrie the
tools of Acrobat, then PrimoPDF will suffice.
