resolving conflicts in sort fields

I use Microsoft access for my data base for my business.
Does anyone know the meanings of s_ColLineage &
S_Generation? I need to know what I should do when there
are conflicts when I try to syncronize & it shows the
conflicts are in s_ColLineage & S_Generation. When I look
at my laptop & my desktop the info appears to be the same.
I appreciate any help!!
