Once you make all the resources available for building a
team, you have also made them avialable in PWA. However,
there are different ways to manage the PWA views.
I suggest that you add the Project Manager field (it is an
existing field) to the Assignments view, then group by
PM / Resource / Project and set Show to Level 1. This way
each PM will be able to open their group of resources from
the whole list.
To add the field to the view:
Admin
Manage Views
Under Assignment, select Summary then Modify
Under Available Fields, scroll down to PM and Add
Hope this gets you closer to what you want.
