Resource Bookings

We have a problem with our Board Room bookings I'm hoping someone can
come up with an answer for.

1. Often, people just type "board room" into the location box, and
think they've booked the Board Room.

2. Sometimes, they type it into the "to" box, and think they've booked
the Board Room.

3. But to make a firm board room booking, it is necessary to open the
"Select Attendees and Resources" dialog, and put the Board Room in the
"resources" section. Users can't get their heads around this.

Can we make it simpler? Can we set things up so that when a user does
1 or 2, it actually DOES make a booking (provided it's not already
booked, of course)?

TIA
Darren

User training is the only way around this. No matter what you try to do, if
your users do not understand that they have to "invite" the Board room, they
will not do it.
