Does anyone know if there is a way to have a resource automatically come into
a calendar when selected as a resouce and not have to choose it as a resource
each time. The problem we have is that we have about 10 conference rooms that
are set as resources on the server, but when people are making meetings and
including the rooms as part of the meeting, they are not setting the room as
a resource and thus the auto-book feature is not working and people are
double-triple booking rooms because their meetings are not being accepted by
the server. So, does anyone know how to rectify this besides intense
trainging with the users?
