Scheduling a resource for confidential meeting

Hi,
We are looking into using the Resource feature to schedule our conference
rooms. One problem we have is that some of us schedule confidential
meetings. How do we prevent others (who aren't invited to the meeting) from
opening up the item on the Resource calendar and seeing the details that were
sent in the meeting request? We use Outlook 2007. Thanks!

if setting it to Private doesn't work for the resource, the only way would
be two appointments - one to book the resource, the other for the invitees.

Thank you, I will give that a try. Is it possible to give security rights to
certain people, like our Exec. Assts., to be able to open up the item on the
resource calendar so that we can see who scheduled something but not allow
everyone in the office this access?

What version of exchange? Are you using rights management?
