Resource Costs

I am adding "Hotel Stay" as a Material resource in the ERP but because hotel
costs can vary, I can't work out if I have to have multiple resources with
different costs, or if I can have one resource with multiple costs that can
be selected from. can anyone advise?

Michelle,
Staying in a hotel is not a resource, it is an expense. In that regard I
suggest you put the cost for a hotel in the Fixed Cost field.

If for some reason you really want to show it as a material resource,
you could put the various rates in individual cost tables. Project
allows up to 25 date effective rates in each of 5 cost rate tables but
setting up the correct date for each stay and/or selecting the
appropriate cost rate table probably won't be as convenient as using the
Fixed Cost field - at least in my opinion.
