Make the hotel a material resource, and make the standard cost per day -
i.e. $100/d. Label the material resource "nights."
When assigning resources in the Gantt Chart, use the split screen view, and
add the hotel resource. Under units, just indicate one per day (1/d), or
if you have 3 people, 3/d. Hit ok, and the hotel fees should be correctly
calculated.
