Resource overallocation by week

Is there a way to modify the units in which the resource is shown
overallocated? Currently when I view the resource graph and have the
timescale show by week. It shows overallocated resources for people who are
working only 20 hrs that week, it shows overallocated because durring one day
that week the resource is working more than his standard 8 hrs. I would like
to modify this to show overallocation when a resource is booked more than 40
hrs a week. Is this possible? I am using Project 2002 Pro.

Any help is much appreciated!
