Resource Sharing

I have 5 schedules using one resource pool. When I try to save the Project
schedules that are sharing the resources, the resource file duplicates the
tasks per resource to show both the original file and the new saved file.
How can I save a file with shared resources without duplicating in the
resource pool file??

Hi Regina,

I think that you changed the project file name while you saved the schedule
: File / Save As....
So you created one more file which is sharing the resources too.
You can cut the resource sharing :
In the file which borrows its resources from the resources file:
Tools / Resource Sharing / Share Resources... / Use own resources.
In the resource file :
Tools / Resource Sharing / Share Resources... / select the schedule plan and
click Break Link
