I have two questions here. What I'm trying to do is set up a calendar that
assumes my resources only work (i.e. are productive) 6.8 hrs per day. So if I
schedule a task that is 5 days in duration, it will essentially be a 34hr
(work) task. I changed the options in the calendar to say one day equals
6.8hrs. That's fine. Then if change the duration of a task, I see that work
is updated appropriately in the GANTT view.
However, if I go into the resource usage sheet, it still shows everyone as
working 8hr per day on their tasks. Why is that? Shouldn't it say 6.8hrs per
day?
Part 2 - What if I want to have multiple variations of hours available per
day per resource? For example some people will have 6.8 hours of productivity
a day. Others will have 4hrs. Using the "Change Working Time" feature does
not seem to allow me to accomplish this. Any advice?
