Resource Working Time Question

Hi,

I'm trying to change my reosource's working time .. . I know you can
change the default working time from X-AM to Y-PM... but instead of doing
this time thing, is there a way to making the working time a certain number
of hours, throughout the entire project? So if "John" has 100 hours to work
on this project, total....

I can't think of a way to do that directly. You could adjust the Units % of
time avaailable based on (100 divided by (calendar hrs per week times total
weeks)). However, if the project lengthens, so will his available time.
This will also limit his time to x hrs per week. It will not give you any
reporting capability for used vs available or "overallocation".
