Hi as a new user of the BCM software, I have read through this discussion
group to establish what the common problems are. It seems that MS+others seem
to not respond to any 'how to' issues whereas, uninstall-reinstall or
software errors have multiple posts.

For example one key post that I instantly picked up as being key to the
uptake of this product was 'how do I get a business contact's main phone
number to automatically update the same field on an Account?' - there were no
responses to this at all even though it was three weeks old. This doesnt
inspire confidence in the product.

As a new user I want to see answers to 'how to's' as well as error fixes to
help me have confidence in the product.
