Restore a deleted junk e-mail folder?

One of our end users permanently deleted his junk e-mail folder. How can I
restore it?

Outlook 2003? Start Outlook once with the /resetfolders command line
switch.

I'm not sure Outook 2002 does anything with a Junk E-mail folder, since,
when not connected to Exchange, it doesn't have any such folder. So, it
must be Exchange 2003 that is implementing the Junk E-mail folder. Perhaps
asking in the Exchange newsgroups will help.
