restore deleted files

hi , i dont know how but half of my emails in my inbox and in the sent items got ereased, i bought emailchemy program to convert the vrge08message files to restored the to entourage but did not transfer any attachements.
is there any way i can restore my information with the vrge08message files that are in my hd? please help

Those vrge08message files are just the text of your messages used for
Spotlight to index. They don't contain attachments.

Some attachments will get saved to your home folder in:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Saved Attachments

If you had Entourage's preferences set to also enable Spotlight to index
attachments then you will find copies in your home folder here:

~/Library/Caches/Metadata/Microsoft/Entourage/2008
/<your identity name>/Attachments

The number of the folder containing the attachments will correspond with
the number on the vrge08message file.

Sorry, no, I don't know of a way to put these back together.
