I was told that there is a way to go into the system and restore eveything
as it was yesterday, that would bring back my original since I just
accidently renamed it today.
Your correct that it will restore your Operating system to what it was at
the point you choose to restore it to. But, it will not restore any
overwritten files or file changes that you make through application software
like PowerPoint.
Unless it's the odd chance that you were writing this to a Network drive. In
that case your system administrator should be able to help you out.
