Restricting sending mails outside domain

O/S: XP
I am working remotely and use Internet Email.
Till recently I was using Outlook Express. Due to the
limitation of functionality, calendar, to do etc., I
switched to Outlook (v2002).
After migrating, all mails sent outside my company domain,
i.e. (e-mail address removed), they all bounce back. Even mails to
hotmail also undelivered. Interestingly, I am receiving
all mail fine.

Could someone help.
