Retain Toolbar Choices and Settigns within a specific document

My first posting here!

I know how to choose different toolbars and customise them,
BUT how do I save them within a specific doc?

So that, for example, if I email the doc to someone else,
it 'changes' / resets their toolbars automatically on opening my doc.

Can this be done???

You can save custom toolbars in documents and add your commands to these.
You will not be popular if you try and reset someone else's toolbars.
