retaining formatting when importing data from web query

I need to set up a worksheet with specific formatting,
and then import external data from a web query into that
formatted worksheet on a daily basis.

I created a workbook with a sheet formatted the way I
want it, but when I run the query the formatting gets
overridden.

What am I doing wrong?
