Retrieve data from LDAP

I'm trying to retrieve a user's name, phone, fax, and e-mail address from an
LDAP server and pre-fill textboxes in a Word userform based on the user who
logs in.

Does anyone know of some code or reference they can point me to? I'm
currently using Excel for the database after following the information on the
Word MVP site "Retrieving Data from a Named Range in Excel using DAO" but
would prefer not to have to maintain a second list of data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
